Nick Saban lost to ULM his first year before doing what he's done over the past decade. <br /><br />Yes, there are points either way, but generally speaking, new coaches and young team equal inconsistency. <br /><br />If there was a resignation to mediocrity, Richt would still be here and they would have saved a few million by not building an IPF, among other things. <br /><br />My point isn't that instant change can't be done, it's that it quite often takes some time.
